  1. I have a camp at the beach, I cook pies, cakes, roast, hens, gumbo’s, biscuits, cookies, potatoes, heat meals, cooking pies and such, put wire rack in bottom folded. So stuff doesn’t burn on bottom. Just like oven, same heat temperature like oven.
